This notice explains how information is handled when you visit our website or explore its guided mini-session. It covers this website, including beauty.guidedxp.com when connected, rather than the future Azvelli app or proposed mirror hardware.

If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and any other information you include. We use that information to respond, address your request, and maintain relevant correspondence.

Please avoid sending sensitive personal information, photographs, or health information unless we have specifically discussed a suitable way to receive it.

You can request occasional Azvelli updates by emailing us. We use your address for the updates you request. You can ask us to stop by replying to an update or emailing danielh@guidedxp.com.

The website does not provide an online subscription form or user accounts. Selecting an email link opens your email application; your request reaches us only after you send it.

The mini-session lets you choose a preparation moment, starting point, available products, pacing, and guidance preferences. These choices determine the sample guidance shown.

Your choices are kept only in the open page while you use it. They are not saved in your browser and are not sent to us. They are cleared when you leave or reload the page.

You can follow written guidance without enabling your camera or narration.

Camera use is optional. The website requests camera access only after you select a camera control. You can continue without granting access.

The camera provides a self-view while you follow the guidance. It does not provide face ratings, identify you, or apply virtual makeup. The instructional illustration is separate from your self-view and does not track your face.

The camera view is displayed only on your screen. The website does not record, save, upload, or analyze it, and it does not request microphone access. Camera use stops when you turn it off, exit or complete the session, or leave the session page.

You can also manage camera permission through your browser settings.

Narration is optional and off until you choose a voice. Selecting a voice does not require a recording of your own voice or microphone access.

The primary guide voice, Misa, is generated live by our voice provider, ElevenLabs. When you play Misa, our website server sends the text of the sample guidance line being read, and whether slower speed is selected, to ElevenLabs, and plays back the audio it returns. Your camera view and your mini-session choices themselves are not sent; the request comes from our server rather than directly from your browser.

If you choose one of your device’s voices instead, speech is produced by your browser or operating system. Some devices use online voices provided by the browser or device maker, under that provider’s policies.

Concept videos are prerecorded files delivered from our hosting provider.

The website’s own code does not set cookies, save information in your browser’s storage, or add advertising or analytics trackers.

Our hosting provider may keep standard request logs and aggregate visit statistics, and the website may report technical error details to it so problems can be fixed.

Technical information is processed when your browser connects to the services that deliver the website, media, and guidance. This can include your IP address, browser and device information, request times, and diagnostic information.

We use service providers to host the website and its media (Lovable), to generate the Misa voice (ElevenLabs), and to handle business email. Website fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google when pages load. Information handled by those providers is subject to their service arrangements and privacy policies.

We use information to operate the website, respond to correspondence, and provide requested updates. Information may be handled by service providers supporting those activities or disclosed when required by law or necessary to address fraud, misuse, or security incidents.

We retain correspondence and update requests for as long as reasonably needed for their purpose, applicable recordkeeping requirements, and legitimate business needs. If you ask to stop receiving updates, we may retain a limited record of that request so we can honor it.

You can explore without a camera, turn narration off, and stop the mini-session. You can also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided, or to stop receiving updates.

We will respond as required by applicable law and may need to verify your request. Some information may need to be retained for legal or operational reasons.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No website, email service, or method of transmission can guarantee absolute security.
